Recently,our company's WTZ-A700 overload limiter has been successfully applied on the 1000-ton gantry crane of Qingdao Offshore Oil, providing professional safety protection for operations.

The WTZ-A700 Load Limiter holds a type test qualification for ultra-large 2500t capacity and strictly complies with the safety specifications for offshore oil lifting equipment. It can adapt to various working conditions, intuitively displaying the equipment’s operating status through dynamic simulation; it supports external industrial automation devices such as PLCs, intelligent instruments, and frequency converters for convenient expansion. Additionally, it features data backup, multi-level password protection, and a black box fault recording function (upgradeable to workload statistics), along with SD card data export for easy management and traceability. With strong adaptability, it not only supports single-hook and double-hook lifting but also meets the complex monitoring needs of three-hook lifting or four-hook synchronous operation during section assembly, turning operations in shipyards.

The overload limiter monitors the load in real time through high-precision sensors. When the load reaches the rated value, it triggers an acoustic and optical alarm; when it exceeds the rated value, it will forcibly cut off the power supply of the lifting mechanism, preventing the equipment from lifting heavy objects further and avoiding overload accidents from the source.
