Since the first cooperation in 2022, the cooperative projects have covered GAC Toyota's Line 1 Stamping Workshop, Line 1 Forming Workshop and Line 5 Stamping Workshop. WEITE has delivered multi-workshop and multi-scenario intelligent operation and maintenance solutions in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Currently, the cooperative projects between WEITE and GAC are progressing smoothly. Phase I and Phase II projects have been successfully accepted one after another, and the system has been operating stably in workshop production management; Phase III is advancing in an orderly manner as planned and is expected to be completed and accepted by the end of this year. The newly signed Phase IV project will build on the core functions of the previous platform and add predictive maintenance analysis capabilities for equipment failures, thereby enhancing the intrinsic safety of equipment and maintenance efficiency. This project is scheduled to officially start at the end of this year.

WEITE's Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Platform for Overhead Cranes is not a single-function monitoring tool, but a tailor-made intelligent safety guarantee solution for equipment based on the production characteristics of manufacturing workshops. WEITE's Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Platform for Overhead Cranes is mainly divided into four major systems

The first is the Operation Data Management and Video Surveillance System. It collects and stores real-time data such as lifting capacity and position, and is equipped with video surveillance to conduct comprehensive real-time monitoring and recording of lifting point areas and hoisting systems. This facilitates on-site inspection at any time and supports efficient management.

The second is the Steel Wire Rope Online Detection System, which accurately identifies damages such as broken wires and wear and issues early warnings.

The third is the Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance Platform, which centrally displays multi-line data and integrates functions such as maintenance plans and inspection reminders.

The fourth is the Wheel Hub Wear Monitoring System, which allows setting the usage threshold for equipment wheel hubs. When the wheel hub reaches the threshold, the equipment triggers an alarm to remind maintenance personnel to implement the maintenance plan.
