Recently, the remote centralized control system for bridge cranes developed by WEITE has been successfully implemented and put into use in a certain offshore oil company. The system has implemented remote control function, transforming the traditional "one person, one machine" mode into "one person, multiple machines" operation, greatly improving work efficiency and effectively saving labor costs for enterprises.



The remote centralized control system for bridge cranes consists of five core components: remote control platform, video surveillance system, AI intelligent management system, fault diagnosis and analysis, fiber optic wired+5G wireless redundant network, etc.

At the same time, by designing a unique network architecture to solve the complex network interaction problems of multiple devices, redundant functions are implemented in the three-layer network management switch, further improving system stability and reliability.
