Recently, WEITE has officially entered into cooperation with a leading enterprise in Morocco's construction industry. We provided the company with a 2-in-1 Safety Management System integrating anti-collision and load moment limiting functions for its tower cranes, and installed load moment limiters on its mobile cranes.

The enterprise boasts a large fleet of engineering equipment and has high requirements for the adaptability, stability of safety systems, and the quality of installation services. To ensure the successful implementation of the project, WEITE's technical service engineers went to the site in person, collaborated closely with local agent engineers, and participated in system installation guidance and commissioning throughout the process. Addressing the core safety needs of tower crane operations, WEITE's integrated safety system integrates sensing technology and intelligent algorithms, featuring dual safety protection capabilities: on one hand, it conducts real-time dynamic monitoring of tower crane operating status, accurately identifies safety risks in the operating area, and effectively prevents collision accidents; on the other hand, it continuously tracks lifting moment data to ensure that lifting operations remain within the safe load range at all times, avoiding equipment failures and potential safety hazards caused by overloading at the source.

In response to the operational characteristics of mobile cranes, high-precision load moment limiting systems were equipped. By real-time collecting, analyzing, and feeding back various data during lifting operations, the system provides accurate safety early warnings and core protection for each lifting task.

Notably, the entire project implementation process also served as an efficient on-site technical training. Through a combination of "practical demonstrations + theoretical explanations", WEITE's technical service engineers imparted all their knowledge on system installation skills, commissioning key points, and daily maintenance, enabling local engineers to quickly master core competencies and providing localized technical support for the long-term stable operation of equipment in the future.
