Metallurgical Crane Overload Limiter System

A overload limiter for metallurgical cranes consists of a display instrument (WTZ-A200 or WTZ-A700), load sensor, data control box, signal cables, etc.

If a metallurgical crane requires monitoring of CMS system relevant parameters, hook video surveillance, vibration fault prediction for slewing devices, or installation of AI video recognition monitoring, additional sensors need to be added as shown in the figure below. This system can be custom-developed according to on-site requirements.

Prior to the installation of a overload limiter on a metallurgical crane, the crane's basic technical parameters shall be provided for model selection and system configuration.
