The Wire Rope Inspection System is based on the principle of ferromagnetism, using electromagnetic detection technology to collect real-time and automatic damage information of steel wire ropes, and analyze and process the collected data through algorithms. Thus, a detection report on the degree of damage, accurate location of damage points, and electromagnetic waveform curves at the location of wire rope damage is formed, realizing the quantification and visualization of wire rope defect detection.
